Please Read before Booking

  1. Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit which is 20% of the total cost. This deposit secures the appointment slot, and will be applied to the cost of your service. The remaining balance is due in full after the completion of service.
  2. Rescheduling and Cancellation: While I understandand that life is unpredicable, communication is key! I kindly ask for at least a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE, any future attempt to reschedule would require an additional deposit. If you do a no-call-no-show, you will no longer be able to book with me.
  3. Lateness: There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. An extra charge of $10 is added for every 10 minute period after that. If there is no communication, the appointment is cancelled after 30 minutes of lateness.
  4. Sickness: To prevent the spread of illness, please communicate with me if you are sick to reschedule your appointemnt.
